About ->> Maharashtra State Seeds Corporation Limited, commonly known by its product name “MAHABEEJ” is one of the biggest & important State Seeds Corporation among all State Seed Corporations in India portion in the larger notice of farmers from three decades with farmer’s confidence brand devotion, quality assurance, dedicated service and sustainable contribution for upliftment of farmers with Glorious achievements. MAHABEEJ is mostly occupied in manufacture, processing & marketing of seeds of maximum 50 (Fifty) crops & 250 (Two Hundred Fifty) varieties & hybrids in almost all categories. MAHABEEJ is placed at Akola in Western Vidarbha, which is known as the center for Seed Segment of Maharashtra and the seat of agricultural education in the form of Dr. PDKV, Akola also houses the headquarter of the State Seed Certification Agency.

Educational Qualification and Experience ->>

General Manager (Processing) ->>

(1) M.Tech. (In Agriculture Engineering). Preferably with specialization in Agricultural Processing Engineering from any recognized Agricultural Universities/ Agricultural Institutes/ Engineering Institutes.

(2) He must have minimum post qualification experience of 8-10 years in Seed Industry i.e. in the area of planning, processing, processing stores, installation and maintenance of Plant and Machineries, preparation of Project Reports, Material Management etc. at a senior level.

Deputy General Manager (Marketing) ->>

(1) Graduate in Agriculture from any recognized Agricultural Universities / Agricultural Institutes. Post Graduate in Agriculture & Degree/Diploma in Business Management of Marketing from reputed Institutes will be preferred.

(2) He must have minimum 6 years post qualification experience in planning, marketing strategy, monitoring market research, development of distributors network , pricing, advertising and demand forecasting at a very senior level.

Deputy General Manager (Production) ->>

(1) Post Graduate in Agronomy/ Plant Breeding/Genetics /Botany and Seed Technology from any recognized Agricultural Universities/ Agricultural Institutes. Ph.D/ Special training in seed production, seed testing, seed certification, plant multiplication and Tissue Culture at a senior level are preferred.

(2) 6 years post qualification experience in planning, execution and administration and seed production at senior level.

Age Limit ->>

General Manager (Processing) ->> 50 years

Deputy General Manager(Marketing) ->> 40 years

Deputy General Manager(Production) ->> 40 years

Salary Details ->>

General Manager (Processing) ->> Pay Band-4 Rs. 37400-67000 Grade Pay Rs. 8700/-

Deputy General Manager(Marketing) ->> Pay Band-3 Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6900/-

Deputy General Manager(Production) ->> Pay Band-3 Rs. 15600-39100 Grade Pay Rs. 6900/-
