For Attendant ->> Pass M.E standard (07^th)/ equivalent examination and able to read, write and speak Odia.

For the post of Doctor ->> MBBS degree from an. institution recognized by medical council of India with M.D. in Pediatrics/ Diploma of National board in Child Health.

For Pediatrician ->> Diploma in Child Health from any recognized university/ institution and valid registration from the Odisha council of Medical.

For Laboratory Technician ->> Passed +2 Science, examination under CHSE,(O)/ equivalent and passed Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any of the 3(three) Medical College & Hospitals of the State/ any other Private Institutions.

For Block Data Manager ->> Graduation with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and passed PGDCA/ DCA of one-year duration from recognized/ registered institute.

Age Limit ->> Minimum age is 18 years & maximum age is given below.

For Attendant ->> 32 years

For Doctor and Pediatrician ->> 65 years

For Laboratory Technician ->> 32 years

For Block Data Manager ->> 35 years

Relaxation in Upper age relaxation will be applicable for the reserved category candidates by 5 years for SC/ ST/ SEBC/ Women candidates and 10 years for PH candidates.

Pay Band ->>

Attendant –>> Rs. 4, 750/- + grade pay Rs. 1, 700/-

Doctors –>> Rs. 48, 000/-

Pediatrician, DEIC, DHH –>> Rs. 60, 000/-

Laboratory Technician –>> Rs. 9, 350/-

Block Data Manager –>> 12, 180/-

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in personal Interview.
