It operates under the Ministry of Defence. The organization was formally founded on eighteen August nineteen seventy eight by the Coast Guard Act, nineteen seventy eight of the Parliament of India as an independent Armed force of India.

Education Qualification ->>

Bachelor’s degree from recognized university with minimum 60% marks in aggregate;

Likewise; 1st Semester to 8th Semester for BE/B. Tech or 1st year to last year for Bachelor Degree Candidates wherever applicable by a University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission.

Should have studied Mathematics and Physics as subjects & up to intermediate or class XII of 10+2+3 scheme of education or equivalent with 60% aggregate marks in Maths & Physics by a recognized school or a board.

Age limit ->>Minimum age is 18 years.

Selection process ->>

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in written test.

Written test will be Objective type and those who will qualify this test, will be called further to appear for Mental Ability Test / Cognitive Aptitude Test, Picture Perception.

Shortlisted ones then will be required to go for Discussion Test, Psychological Test, Group Task and Interview.

Finally shortlisted individuals on the basis of their merit list lastly asked to appear for an Interview.

Two copies of computer generated pre-filled online application form

Recent color passport size photo affixed (Not older than 03 months).

Original pass certificate and mark sheet of 10th Class and 12th examination.

Original degree certificate with all semesters/years mark sheets of BE/B. Tech/

Proof of identity such as passport, driving license, Adhaar Card, voter I card, college ID card Or any other photo identity proof / Caste and State Character certificate
