State Bank of India (SBI) is inviting applications from eligible applicants for the posts of Dean of studies, Defence Banking Advisor (Air force) and Circle Defence Banking Advisor (Army) on contractual basis.

Training Capacity ->>

For Dean of studies ->> 180 @ 30 per wing/channel. 4 Wings/Channels will be used for training of SBI's senior officials and 2 Wings/channels for external participants/ organizations including those from neighbouring countries

Educations Qualification ->> 

For Dean of Studies ->>

(a) MBA from Top Indian/International 'B' Schools, OR

(b) Ph.D. from Top Indian University or Top Indian /International B-Schools,

(c) Preference will be given to those having MBA/Ph.D. in the discipline of Banking and Finance.

The candidate should have adequate experience in a leading industry/ educational/ research institute.

(a) 20+ years in academia or industry,

(b) Out of 'a', 8+ years in leadership position.

(c) Out of 'a', 5+ years in teaching - full time/ part time.

Age limit ->>

Dean of studies ->> 65 Years

Defence Banking Advisor (Air force) ->> 62 Years

Circle Defence Banking Advisor (Army) ->> 60 Years

Compensation Package for Defence Banking Advisor (Air force) & Circle Defence Banking Advisor (Army) ->>

Defence Banking Advisor ->> CTC (Fixed compensation package per annum) will be Rs. 32 lacs (including pension before commutation being drawn by the applicant). Salary components will consist of Basic, HRA and conveyance allowance.

Circle Defence Banking Advisor ->> CTC (Fixed compensation package per annum) will be Rs. 21 lacs (including pension before commutation being drawn by the applicant). Salary components will consist of Basic, HRA and conveyance allowance.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in interaction for Dean of studies and interview for others posts.
