Educational Qualification and Experience ->>
Engineer ->> The incumbent should
be a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science/ Information Technology/
Electronics and Communication Branch, with minimum 60% marks from a recognized
University/Institution. The candidate should have a post qualification
experience of five years or more in an industrial organization having hands-on
working/ exposure on innovation, development, installation, commissioning,
operation, maintenance & support on electronic equipment, IT solutions,
computer systems, application software liasioning
with customers and ministries driving National Dairy Plan, National Solar
Mission and other missions of Government of India etc.
Legal Officer ->> The incumbent should
be a Law Graduate (LLB) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized
University/Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 60% marks in the
academics right from X standard and onwards. The candidate should have exposure
of corporate affairs, commercial contracts and agreements, and other legal
matters related to various applicable laws in an industry like Industrial
Disputes Act, Factory Act, Contract Labour Abolition & Regulation Act, RTI
Act etc. The candidate should have post qualification working experience of 3
years or more. The candidate having certificate
of Company Secretary shall be given added advantage.
HR-Officer ->> The incumbent should
be a MBA (Two years full time) in Human Resources with minimum 60% marks from a
recognized University/ Institution. The candidate should have experience in the
field of HR and other related matters; and post qualification working
experience of 3 years or more. The candidate having Bachelor Degree in Law
shall be given added advantage.
Deputy Manager (Legal) ->> the incumbent should
be a Law Graduate (LLB) with minimum 60% marks from a recognized University/
Institution. The incumbent should have minimum 60% marks in the academics right
from X standard and onwards. The candidate should have exposure of corporate
affairs, arbitration maters, commercial contract and agreements, patent related
issues and other legal matters related to various applicable laws in an
industry like Industrial Disputes Act, Factory Act, Contract Labour Abolition &
Regulation Act, and RTI Act etc. The candidate should have exposure of drafting
appeals, writs etc. for submission in the court of law. The candidate should
have post qualification working experience of 8 years or more. The candidate
having certificate of Company Secretary shall be given added advantage.
Accounts Officer ->> The incumbent should
be a Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of
India. The incumbent should have minimum good in the academics right from X
standard and onwards. The candidate should have exposure of accounts, finance,
taxation and other legal laws pertaining to an industrial organization. The
candidate should have post qualification working experience of 01 year or more.
Additional qualification like MBA, CS, CMA, LLB etc. shall be given added
advantage.
Security Supervisor ->> Candidates should be
Ex-Army men not below the rank of JCO with minimum 3 years experience of
working as Security Supervisor with reputed organization. Candidate should be
computer savvy.
Technician ->> The incumbent should
be ITI (NCVT) in Electronics Mechanical/Radio & TV / Electrical having
minimum 60% marks with minimum 01 year Apprenticeship under the Apprenticeship
Act 1961, as applicable. Candidate must have minimum 05 years post
qualification experience of Repairing, Maintenance & Installation of
Electronic Instruments such as Infra Red Analyzer, Photometric Instruments and
SPV Systems etc. in remote village across the country. Candidates having
Computer Course equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications shall
be given added advantage.
