Qualification and Experience ->>
Senior Administrative Officer ->> Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Administration with minimum 8 years in-line experience out of which 5 years should be in immediate lower pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + GP 5400/- or equivalent in an Educational/Research/other Institutions of repute. Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management would be an added advantage. The candidates should have administrative background and experience in General Administration like Personnel & Establishment matters, Purchase etc with Sound knowledge of Govt. rules and regulations & knowledge of computer operation.
Programme Manager ->> Post Graduate Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Administration with minimum 8 years in-line experience in Business Development, organizing Management Development Programmes and various other related activities in Educational/Research / other Institutes of repute, out of which 5 years should be in immediate lower pay band of Rs.15600-39100 + GP 5400/-. The candidates should have excellent analytical, business and communications skills with exposure in computer applications.
Hindi Translator ->> Bachelor's Degree in Hindi/English with English/Hindi as compulsory subject from a recognized university/institute. Minimum 2 years experience as Junior Hindi Translator/Hindi Translator in any State/Central Govt. PSU/Autonomous body. The candidate should be able to translate various official correspondence from Hindi to English and vice-a-versa. The candidate should have knowledge of Data Entry Operation/ typing in Hindi/ English.

Age limit ->>
For Senior Administrative Officer / Programme Manager ->> 45 Years
For Hindi Translator ->> 35 Years

Salary Details ->>
Senior Administrative Officer ->>Rs. 15600 – 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Program Manager ->> Rs. 15600 – 39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
Hindi Translator ->> Rs. 5200 – 20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2800/-

Application Fee ->> A Non-Refundable fee of Rs. 500/- (Five Hundred) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director, Indian Institute of Management, payable at Lucknow. Application fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances. SC/ ST/ PWD/ Women candidates are not required to submit the application fee.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in Written Test/ Interview.
