Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Nigam (HIMUDA), Shimla is inviting applications from eligible applicants for the posts of Junior Engineer (Civil), Clerk and peon reserved for the Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in various categories.

The organization was constituted in two thousand four by an act of Legislation under Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority Act (हिमाचल प्रदेश आवास और शहरी विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम), two thousand four, with objective to provide for the creation of a Development Authority to plan and develop land and create infrastructure to meet with the Housing needs of different income groups and to provide for development schemes for mobilizing public and private resources for the promotion of housing colonies and related infrastructure and to provide for the creation of appropriate Authority and mechanism for planned development of housing colonies.

Categories of disabled suitable for job ->>

Junior Engineer (Civil) ->> Hearing Impaired

Clerk ->> Hearing Impaired

Peon ->> Visually Impaired

Education Qualification ->>

Junior Engineer (Civil) ->>

(1) Should have passed Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board or University.

(2) Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institution recognized by the State Govt./ Central Govt.

Clerk ->>

(1) Should have passed 10 (Matric) with +2 examination or equivalent from recognized Board /University.

(2) Should possess a minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English typewriting or 25 words per minute in Hindi typewriting.

(3) Should have the knowledge of word possessing in Computer as prescribed by the Recruiting Authority.

Peon ->>

(1) Should have passed Middle Standard Examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board/ Institution.

Age Limit ->> Minimum 18 & maximum age is 45 years.

Salary Details ->>

Junior Engineer (Civil) ->> Class III Rs. 10300-34800 + GP 3800

Clerk ->> Class III Rs. 5910-20200 + GP 1900

Peon ->> Class IV Rs. 200/- per day
