Education Qualification ->>
DEO (DH/SDH/ SGH/ACMOH) ->> Graduate from any
recognized university and having at least 1 (one) year Diploma / Certificate
course in Computer Application from Govt, registered Institution. Working
Knowledge of Computers with operating Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, MS power
point, MS Access and Internet and having a Minimum typing speed of 30 words per
minutes. Minimum 3 years experience in
Govt. Sector or 5 years experience in Data recording and data analysis in
private Sector and preferably having Experience in handling of official
correspondence.
Computer Assistant (NUHM) ->> Graduate from any
recognized university and having at least 1 (one) year Diploma / Certificate
course in Computer Application from Govt, registered Institution. Working
Knowledge of Computers with operating Knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, MS power
point, MS Access and Internet and having a Minimum typing speed of 30 words per
minutes. Minimum 3 years experience in Govt. Sector or 5 years experience in
Data recording and data analysis in private Sector and preferably having
Experience in handling of official correspondence.
District Programme Associate (RBSK
& RKSK) ->> Graduate from any recognized university and having at least 1
(one) year Diploma / Certificate course in Computer Application from Govt,
registered Institution. Working Knowledge of Computers with operating Knowledge
of MS word, MS Excel, MS power point, MS Access and Internet and having a
Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minutes. Minimum 3 years experience in Govt.
Sector or 5 years experience in Data recording and data analysis in private
Sector and preferably having Experience in handling of official correspondence.
Lab Technician (NUHM) ->> Higher Secondary
passed (10+2) from a recognized Board/ Institute with Physics, Chemistry &
Biology/ Mathematics and Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology recognized by
the West Bengal State Medical Faculty/AICTE. Knowledge in Computer, MS Office
and internet - is required.
District Consultant (Public Health)
->> MBBS/ Dental/ AYUSH/ Nursing Graduate with degree diploma in
Health Management. 02 Years Relevant work experience. Training in Health quality like NABH/ISO
9001:2000/ Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen by a reputed organization will be preferable.
MT (X-ray/ RD) in District Hospital /
both Multi Super Speciality Hospital ->> Higher Secondary
passed (10+2) or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and a two
year diploma in Radiography (Diagnostics) DRD (Tech) recognized in the Govt, of
West Bengal.
MT(ECG) in District Hospital / both
Multi Super Speciality Hospital ->> Higher Secondary passed (10+2) or
its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry & Biology and a two year diploma in
ECG Technology recognized in the Govt, of West Bengal.
Laboratory Technician of the Blood
Bank/BCSU in District Hospital / Sub Divisional Hospital ->> Passed 10+2 with
Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/ Biological Science before obtaining
Diploma or degree. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) / Diploma
Laboratory Techniques (DLT) from any University/ Institution recognized by the
Central or State Government. (OR) Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
(BMLT) from any university / Institution recognized by the Central or State
Government. (OR) Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Medical Laboratory
Technology (M.Sc. in MLT / PGDMLT) from any University / Institution recognized
by the Central or State Government. Working Knowledge of Computers.
MTS Lab. ->> Graduate in
Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc) (OR) Diploma in Medical Laboratory
Technology (DMLT Or The service of existing Lts who do not hold a DMLT may be
continued if they have done a certificate course in Medical Laboratory
Technology. Working knowledge of Computers. Minimum 01 year experience after
graduation OR Minimum 02 Years
experience after Diploma. (OR) More than 05 years experience of working in the ICTC/ART/PPTCT centre run under the
NACP who do not hold DMLT of existing LTs.
Senior Medical Officer (ART)
->> First preference should be given to candidates with MD in
medicine or any other clinical discipline. (OR) Candidate with MBBS + Diploma
in any clinical discipline. (OR) Candidate with MBBS + fellowship in HIV
medicine/diploma in public health having 3 yrs of experience can be considered.
Minimum 03 (three) yrs of experience can be considered for MBBS + Diploma in
clinical discipline, fellowship & DPH candidates only.
Lab. Tech (Blood Bank) ->> Degree in Medical
Laboratory Technology (BMLT) (OR) Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology
(DMLT). Should have completed 10+2 before obtaining diploma or degree. The
degree or diploma should be from university/institution recognized by the
central govt, or state govt. The candidate should be registered with the
concerned para¬medical council if applicable. Knowledge of Computers. Minimum 2
years after degree and 3 years after diploma in Lab Services.
Staff NUrse ->> B.Sc Nursing/GNM
OR ANM. Minimum 03 (three) yrs experience for ANM Candidate only.
Store Keeper ->> Only Retired Store
keeper.
Tuberculosis Health Visitor (RNTCP)
->> Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Applicant should have Fifty
(50%) percent marks in Bachelor's degree.) OR Intermediate (10+2) and
experience of working as MPW/LHV/ANM/ Health worker / Certificate or higher
course in Health Education / Counselling OR Tuberculosis Health Visitor's
recognized course. Certificate course in Computer Operations (minimum two
months). Applicant should get at least
Fifty percent (50%) marks in his/her qualified academic examinations, (i.e. :
10th, 12th). Applicant should be the resident of the Uttar Dinajpur district.
At least 01 year of work experience on the concerned field.
District Programme Coordinator
(RNTCP) ->> MBA/ P.G. Diploma in management / health administration from a
recognized institute / university. Applicant should get at least Fifty percent
(50%) marks throughout his/her all qualified academic examinations. (i.e.:
10th, 12th, Graduation, and Post-Graduation). Applicant should be the resident
of the Uttar Dinajpur district. Knowledge of computers with Minimum Six (6)
months certificate course. At least one (1) year of work experience in the
field of Development / Health.
Senior Treatment Supervisor (RNTCP)
->> Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR Recognized sanitary
inspector's course from a recognized institute / university. Certificate course
in Computer Operations (minimum 2 months). Applicant should get at least Fifty
percent (50%) marks throughout his/her all qualified academic examinations,
(i.e.: 10th, 12th, and Graduation). Applicant should be the resident of the
Uttar Dinajpur district. Permanent two wheeler driving license. At least one
(1) year of work experience in th field of Development / Health.

done on the basis of their performance in Written Test/ Computer Test/ Interview.

as well as passing certificate also, starting with Madhyamik Pariksha onwards
and any other relevant documents (self attested). Candidate should mention the
