Scheme (CGHS), Chennai is inviting online applications from eligible applicants
for the post of Pharmacist (Allopathy) by Direct Recruitment Basis.
The Central Government Health Scheme (केंद्र सरकार के स्वास्थ्य योजना) for the Central Govt. employees and their dependents was started in New Delhi in nineteen fifty four. Subsequently, the Central Government Health Scheme was extended to pensioners, freedom fighters and other specific groups (विशिष्ट समूह) of people. The scheme was introduced in Chennai in the year nineteen seventy five, with four dispensaries to begin with.

Pharmacist (Allopathy)
Required Qualification ->>
(1) 12th Class pass
with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) or Equivalent from a
recognised Board or University. Diploma
in Pharmacy from recognised institution and registered as Pharmacist under the
Pharmacy Act, 1948, and Two years' experience as Pharmacist in any recognised
Hospital or Pharmacy after duly registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act
1948, (OR)
(2) Bachelor degree
in Pharmacy (B. Pharm.) from a recognised university or equivalent; and
Registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948.
Age Limit ->> Minimum 18 & maximum age is 25
years.
Application Fee ->> Selected candidates will get Pay Band-
1, Rs. 5200-20200 Plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-.
