Andhra Pradesh Urban Infrastructure Asset Management Limited (APUIAML) is inviting applications from eligible applicants for the posts of VP/AVP - Smart Cities, VP/AVP - Finance & Accounts, VP/AVP - Economic Cities and VP/AVP - Legal & Procurement before the last date.

The organization is mandated to set up and manage the Andhra Pradesh Urban Development Fund for developing and financing urban sector projects in the AP state.

Required Qualification –>> 

VP/AVP - Smart Cities ->> Masters (Urban / Infrastructure/ Transport)

VP/AVP - Finance & Accounts ->> CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)

VP/AVP - Economic Cities ->> Masters (Urban / Infrastructure)

VP/AVP - Legal & Procurement ->> Bachelors in Law, Procurement desirable.

Experience ->>

VP/AVP - Smart Cities ->> 12-15 years in City Planning and Design; Experience of working in Smart Cities.

VP/AVP - Finance & Accounts ->> 12 -15 years in Business Planning/ Financial Projections, Accounts and Audit. Work experience in the Urban/ Infrastructure Sector would be preferred.

VP/AVP - Economic Cities ->> 12 -15 years in Urban Development; Experience of planning and design of greenfield townships, SEZ, Industrial Parks.

VP/AVP - Legal & Procurement ->> 12 -15 years in urban infrastructure contract & concession agreement structuring and documentation. Working experience of public and multilateral agency procurement practices is a must.

Job Location ->> All the positions are based at Vijayawada.
