Physical Standards for Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Fire & Safety) post:

Height 165 CM	Weight:50 Kg
Chest: Normal:81 CM, Expanded:86.5 CM	Eyesight normal without glasses, Color vision normal.
Free from -vertigo problem, disease of heart/lungs/kidney, abnormal blood pressure, Knock Knee, Flat Feet, Squint eye and stammering.

Age Limit:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Maximum age: 26 years

Relaxation in age will be given as:

• 5 years for SC candidates
• 3 years for OBC candidates
• 10 years for PWD candidates (general)
• 15 years for SC PWD candidates and
• 13 years for OBC PWD candidates

Selection Process:

• Selection of the candidates will be done based on their performance in Written Exam and a Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test.
• Applicants will have to secure a minimum of 40% marks in the written test to qualify for further consideration.

Note:

• Relaxation of 5% in marks will be given to the applicants related to SC/ PwD categories.
• Short listed candidates subject to securing minimum qualifying marks in the written test have to appear in the Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT).
• Category-wise Merit list shall be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the written test from & out of the said short-list.

Remember:

SC/ ST/ PWD applicants called for Written Test and Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test will be given single II class rail charge from the nearest railway station of the mailing address to the place of Written Test and Skill/ Proficiency/ Physical Test and back by the shortest route on production of ticket, bestow the distance is not less than 30 Kms.
