Essential Qualification:

Senior Secondary

Applicants should have Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks Minimum educational Qualification passed in final year of 4 years Bachelors of Elementary Education (B. Ed)/ Diploma.

Primary Teacher

• Applicants must be passed in final year of 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education with B.A. / B.Sc. / with 50 % marks with 1/ 2 year Bachelor in Education B. Ed.
• A person who intends to appear in both the categories (Primary and Graduate) will have to apply and sit in both the papers separately.
• Job seekers should have Diploma/ Degree course in teacher education recognized by National Council for Teacher Education. In case of Diploma in Education (Special Education) and B. Ed. (Special Education), a course recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) only shall be considered.

Age Limit:

• Minimum age: 18 years

Salary Details:

Selected candidates will get good amount of salary per month from the organization.

Application Fee:

Candidates, who are going to appear in STET thy have to application fee of Rs. 400/- in favour of Joint Director/Exam, HRDD in any branch of IDBI Bank in the State. Bank draft from any nationalized bank will be acceptable only, if inevitable.

Selection Process:

Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in examination and further rounds.

STET Exam Pattern:

• STET will consist of 150 Objective type questions
• There will be no negative marking.
• The candidates are required to record their answer on OMR Sheet
