Eligibility Criteria:

For Management Trainee (General):

Candidates must have passed graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university, having obtained at least 60 percent marks or the candidates should have completed CA/ICWA/CS.

For Management Trainee (Depot):

Aspirants must have qualified graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university, having obtained at least 60 percent marks or the candidates should have completed CA/ICWA/CS.

For Management Trainee (Movement):

Applicants should have passed graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university, having obtained at least 60 percent marks or the candidates should have completed CA/ICWA/CS.

For Management Trainee (Accounts):

Applying aspirants should have acquired Associate Membership of

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India;

The Institute of Cost Accountants of India;

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Or the candidates should have passed B.Com from a recognised university and they should have done at least two years full / Part time/ Distance post-graduation in MBA (Fin) recognised by UGC/AICTE.

Management Trainee (Technical):

Aspirants must have done their B.Sc.(Agriculture)/B.Tech /BE in Food Science/Food Science and Technology /Agricultural Engineering/Bio Technology from a recognised university/an institution approved by AICTE.

Management Trainee (Civil Engineering):

Job grabbers must have a degree in Civil Engineering from a recognised university or equivalent.

Management Trainee (Mechanical Engineering):

Applicants must have a degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university or equivalent.

Management Trainee (Electrical Engineering):

Appliers must have a degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognised university or equivalent.

Manager (Hindi):

Applicants should have master's degree of a recognized university or equivalent in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree level. Or they should have a Master's degree of a recognised university or equivalent in English with Hindi as a subject at the degree level. Moreover, the candidates should have acquired at least 5 years' experience of terminological work in Hindi and/or translation work from English to Hindi or vice-versa, preferrably of technical or scientific literature.
