DRDO Eligibility Criteria for Scientist Entry Test (SET):

Dear applicants if you are going to apply for DRDO Scientist Entry Test (SET) then at first check its conditions to apply then proceed-

Nationality: 

Only Indian nationals are eligible to appear in SET just next exam.

Educational qualification:

Applicants must have minimum first class Bachelor's degree in Engineering degree in any one of followings disciplines form approved university/ institute:-

• Electronics & Communication Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Computer Science & Engineering
• Chemical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering

Age limit:

Age of the appliers should not be above 28 (twenty eight) years. There is maximum relaxation in upper age limit will be as under:-

• Up to 05 (five) years in case of SC/ST candidates
• Up to 03 (three) years in case of OBC candidates
• Up to 05 (five) years for Physically Handicapped Persons (10 years for SC/ST and 08 (eight) years for OBC candidates) in identified disciplines even if no posts are reserved for them in these areas.
• In case of Ex-serviceman, services rendered in the armed forces plus 3 (three) years.

Age Limitation –

All suitable candidates will get relaxation in age as per their category according to the government rules.

Selection Process for Both SET & CEPTAM:
