The ERDO is a Department of Education. Under this Department a program is running which is T.T.C in all India. Under this program Education will be provided through tuitions which will be given by the Teachers of TUTION TEACHER CERTIFICATE under Educational Research and Development Organization Department at the Village level to every Child who is studying between 1 to 8 standard. Owing to poor financial conditions most of the children is Indian villages cannot afford tuitions. Through this initiative, Educational Research and Development Organization (ERDO) aims to provide the deprived children with Education at low costs.

• District Education Controller (DEC)
• Block Education Controller (BEC)
• Basic Tuition Teacher (BTT)

Educational Qualification –

• District Education Controller (DEC) – Master Degree in any stream from recognized university.
• Block Education Controller (BEC) – Passed B.Ed/ NTT/ BTC/ D.Ed/ B.PEd or any equivalent degree from recognized university.
• Basic Tuition Teacher (BTT) – Bachelor Degree in any stream from recognized university.

Age Limit –

• District Education Controller (DEC) – 24 – 45 years
• Block Education Controller (BEC) – 22 – 45 years
• Basic Tuition Teacher (BTT) – 21 – 45 years

Salary ->>

• District Education Controller (DEC) – Rs. 26,200/- PM
• Block Education Controller (BEC) – Rs. 18,450/- PM
• Basic Tuition Teacher (BTT) – Rs. 10,500/- PM
