Eligibility Criteria:

For UG Medical and Dental Courses:

• The applicants must have passed in second PUC or 10+2 or equivalent exam recognized by State/ Central Government, the last two years of study shall comprise of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) along with English as a compulsory subject.
• General Merit students must be passed these subjects (PCB) individually and must have obtained minimum of 50% marks taken as well as in PCB (40% in the case of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State).
• Applicants who are appearing for the prescribed qualifying exam and expecting the percentage of marks as at (b) are also eligible to apply

For UG Engineering Courses:

• The qualifying exam prescribed for admission for B.E. is second PUC or 10+2 or equivalent exam recognized by State/ Central Government; the last two years of study shall comprise of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics along with English as required subject.
• General Merit aspirants should be passed with minimum aggregate of 45% marks (40% in respect of SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka State) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and must be qualified these subjects individually. Physics and Mathematics are need subjects with Chemistry/ Bio Technology/ Biology/ Computer Science/ Electronics as one of the optional subjects. However, changes, if any, in the eligibility criteria by the AICTE will be adopted.

For UG Architecture Courses:

• The prescribed qualifying exam for admission to B. Arch course is 2nd PUC or Higher Secondary or equivalent examination along with Mathematics as one of the subjects along with other subjects or 10+3 Diploma recognized by Central/ State Government and having obtained at least 50% marks in aggregate (45% in the case of SC, ST and OBC applicants of Karnataka).
• Applicants must have appeared for National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) operated by the Council of Architecture with minimum score of 80 out of 200 marks for both General Merit and Category students.

Application fee:
PCM/ PCB applicants will deposit application fee of Rs.1200/- and PCMB Rs. 1500. The same will not be refunded due to any reason.

COMEDK UGET Paper Pattern:

The paper pattern for this examination is as follows:-

• You will get 3 hours to complete the exam..
• You will be required to mark your answers on an OMR sheet
• Each correct answer will be awarded  1 mark.
• Negative marking will not be applicable.
• If there is a tie in the score, the board will consider the number of wrong and unattended answers to come to the final conclusion.

Procedure to Apply for COMEDK:

• You have to open the computer and connect it to the internet.
• Start the internet browser and open the official website of Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka which is www.comedk.org
• Press on the on UGET link tab.
• Again press on register COMEDK UGET link.
• Read the application form carefully.
• Fill the online application form along with required info.
• Upload all the relevant documents asked in the application.
• Go on the submit tab and take a print out of it for future use.
