HSLC or equivalent with ITI in the trade of Wireman/Electrician/Fitter/Welder/Machinist from Govt. of Assam approved Institute.
Assistant Accounts Officer (AAO)
Bachelor Degree in Arts, Science or Commerce from a recognized University with minimum 55% marks or its equivalent in B.Com in aggregate or 55% marks in Honors/Major subject (B.Com) or minimum 55% aggregate marks or its equivalent for Arts or Science graduate having Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects or 55% marks or its equivalent in Mathematics/Statistics as Honors (BA/B.Sc.).
21 to 44 years
Light Vehicle Driver
HSLC or equivalent examination recognized by Govt., must have at least two years professional driving licence and must be proficient in traffic rules & driving LMV/HMV.
18 to 44 years

About of Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) ->> The Assam Power Distribution Company Limited (APDCL) was included on 23-10-2009 as a public limited company completely owned by the Govt. of Assam. The final object of the Company is to undertake the electricity distribution, trading, supply in the state of Assam or outside in agreement with provisions of Applicable Law and all activities auxiliary or appurtenant thereto. The main reason of forming the Assam Power Distribution Company Limited Company was to take over, manage and operate the electricity distribution system, assets, liabilities, undertaking of the Assam State Electricity Board (ASEB), as may be transferred to it pursuant to a notified transfer scheme in terms of Part XIII of the Electricity Act, 2003 (Two Thousand Three).
