Details of Educational Qualification: 

• Appliers should have passed 10th class from a recognized board.
• For the post of electrician/plumber apart from having passed 10^th standard, the appliers should have successfully completed training for the trade for which he is applying from Govt. Industrial Training Institute (ITI).
• For the post of driver appliers should have valid driving license. Besides he will be required to undergo driving test.

Age Limit: Appliers age should be minimum 18 years and maximum 28 years.

Age Relaxation: Relaxation in upper age limit is permissible to the candidates as following:

• Scheduled Caste appliers by 5 years
• Scheduled Tribe appliers by 5 years
• Other Backward Classes appliers by 3 years

Details of Application Fee: For SC/ ST/ appliers of Rs. 50/- and for all other appliers of Rs. 100/-. Fee must be deposited through Challan at J&K Grameen Bank.

Details of Salary: Pay scale of selected appliers will be remunerated of Rs.5850-11350 and other allowances admissible as per Banks rules.

Selection Process: Appliers will be selected on the basis of their performance in interview.
