All India Management Association (AIMA) is going to conduct the MAT examination. Many B schools participated in this examination. Those B schools are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). This examination is conducted for the admission in Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and other MBA equivalent courses in B schools.

This examination has become very popular as the selected candidates get good placement after completing their management studies. As its popularity is climbing high this examination is now also conducted in many foreign countries too.

This examination is not easy to clear. Candidates need to know the syllabus first before starting for preparation for MAT examination. Here in this web page we are going to tell you the detailed information of MAT examination syllabus. Read this page carefully.

Syllabus for MAT and question paper pattern:

There will be total 200 questions in the examination. Every question is of single mark. There will be no negative marking in this examination. So you are free to make flukes. The time given for MAT examination is 2.5 hours or 150 minutes.

There will be five sections in the examination from each 40 questions are asked. Those five sections are mentioned below:-
