universities of Hyderabad every year conducts examination for engineering and managements courses in the various colleges. This examination is known as ICFAI. This examination is conducted yearly in the month in December or January.

Candidates need to work hard to clear ICFAI examination. ICFAI Question paper pattern Syllabus:

For Engineering Courses: Usually this examination is for admission in B.Tech. ICFAI question paper consists of 180 questions and 3 hourswill be given to the students to solve the entire question paper. All the questions will be objective type. Candidates those who have cleared 12^th class in PCM with minimum of 50% marks are eligible to give this examination. The main topics in which questions are asked for engineering courses are written below:

• Chemistry
• Physics
• Mathematics

Each section contains 60 questions each. This examination is conducted in the month in May. Mostly times this examination starts at 10AM and ends at 01PM.

Candidates will be given an OMR sheet to give the response for your questions. You have to mark the correct answer in the OMR sheet. There will be negative marking as well for wrong answer picked. So do not mark answer if you are not sure for that.

For Management Courses: This examination is for candidates those wish to do management courses. Eligible candidates can apply for this examination. Those candidates those who wish to give this examination must be graduate in any discipline with minimum of 50% marks. There will be total 125 questions in the question paper which should be solved within 2 hours of time. Here are the topics from which questions are asked in the examination:

• Verbal Ability

Basically candidates are checked in daily life communication, knowledge of grammar, computer concepts and reading capabilities-

• Reading Comprehension
• Quantitative Aptitude

sequences and series, Analogies of numbers and alphabets, completion of blank spaces following the pattern in a: b:: c: d relationship, graph, Bar diagram, Pie Chart, Venn Diagram or a Passage is to be analyzed,Date, Time and Arrangement Problems (Calendar problems, clock problems, blood-relationships, arrivals, departures and schedules, seating arrangements, symbol and notation, interpretation).

• Data Adequacy and
• Data Interpretation

Every correct answer contains one mark. Unlike engineering question paper there is no negative marking for incorrect answer.
