आंध्र प्रदेश में कृषि ऋण योजना शुरू की गई है, जिसके तहत वह वर्तमान वित्तीय वर्ष के दौरान राज्य के सभी किसानों को सभी बैंकों द्वारा मंजूर 3,00,000 रुपये तक की फसल ऋण और किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की सीमा पर 4 प्रतिशत की उपलब्ध वित्तीय सहायता प्रदान करेगी। किसानों को भी 3% प्रति वर्ष की ब्याज राहत मिलेगी जो इस तरह के ऋण के वितरण के एक वर्ष के भीतर तुरंत अपने फसल ऋण का भुगतान करेगा। असल में, किसान जो कि रु। तक का ऋण लेते हैं 3 लाख और समय पर पुनर्भुगतान करने से शून्य ब्याज क्रेडिट सुविधा तक पहुंच प्राप्त होगी।

अधिसूचना में कहा गया है कि नेशनल बैंक फॉर एग्रीकल्चर एंड रूरल डेवेलपमेंट (नाबार्ड) एक निर्धारित पार्टनर में ब्याज सबवेक्शन रकम के दावों के खिलाफ बैंकों को प्रतिपूर्ति के लिए एक चैनल पार्टनर के रूप में कार्य करेगा।

Chief Minister Pema Khandu has set a target of 7, 500 farmers to be covered under the scheme in this financial year.

The district wise & bank wise target will be circulated separately to all deputy commissioners and banks concerned. This target will be reviewed at the district and state-level bankers committee meetings.

The circle officers will function as financial extension officers and help the banks in timely recovery of crop loans, the notification added.

Any bank which fails to meet the fixed target would be reported to RBI and the department of financial services, he said.

Chief Minister Krishi Rinn Yojana Scheme Details

State Government would provide interest subvention of 4% on crop loan and Kisan Credit Card limit up to Rs. 3,00,000

This interest subvention will be over & above the subvention given by Central Government

Additional 3% interest relief for prompt repayment

State Government will be issuing a notification wherein a certificate of are and crop being cultivated issued by CO may be accepted as valid documents by banks for issuance of Kisan Credit Card

Loan up to Rs. 3,00,000 with timely repayment will get access to zero interest credit facility

Perennial food crop/plantation crop not eligible

State Government of Arunachal Pradesh has set a target of 75000 farmers

District wise & bank wise target will be circulated separately to all DCs and concerned banks

Process will be reviewed in DLCC / DCC & SLBC meetings

Circle Officers will function as Finacial Extension Officers

NABARD shall act as channel partner for reimbursement to bank
