Eligibility ->>

Applicant must have minimum age is 18 years.

Candidates should not own any house any house/flat in his name or in the name of his spouse or Children.

Applying people should be a resident of Maharashtra. He should be living in the state for at least 15 years.

To prove this applicant needs to present the domicile certificate when required.

Steps to Fill MHAD Online Application Form ->>

Step 1 ->>

A) Online Registration ->>

Visit the Official website of Maharashtra Housing & Area Development Authority that is lottery.mhada.gov.in

Follow “Lottery Information” section from left side and press on “MHADA Lottery Advertisement Link (English and Marathi).

Read all details of English and Marathi advertisement.

Press on “Register” link on the home page.

Create a username (it should be unique) and set password. Don’t forget you password after creating and note down these details because these will be required later on.

Enter the required basic details like Name, Family Income, PAN Card Number, Bank Account Number etc.

Upload your scanned image (in .JPG Format) according to the requirements

Uupload the Scan Copy of Blank or Cancelled Cheque from his/her personal Bank Account.

B) Login ->>

Candidates who are already registered with MHADA Lottery they can direct login with their old user name and password.

Candidates need fill your user name, password & given code on the home page and then login.

Step ->> 2 MHADA Lottery Application Form Filling

As the username & password is created in step 1, after that follow the given instructions.

Candidates need to enter your username and password and get logged it.

Select the applicable category.

Press on the “Apply for Lottery” link.

After that candidates have to fill the “Application for Residential Accommodation Form“

Press on “Submit” button.

Check all details once again and press on “Confirm” tab.

Press on “Print” to get the PDF file of your filled MHADA Lottery 7 form

Finally the print out of the submitted application.

Step 3 ->> Payment

After submitting the online application form, candidates have to see how much payment is to be done

Applying candidates will have to pay the online application fee of Rs. 336 (Rs. 300 Fee + 36 Rs. GST)

All candidates have to pay Earnest Money Deposit (EMD).

This money will be refunded back to all those who didn’t win the lottery.

This payment can be made online for MHAD Online Registration Form or through demand draft.

Demand Drafts can be paid at the Axis Bank outlets.
