Educations Qualification ->>

For Agricultural Development Officer ->> Degree of B.Sc (Agriculture) or a degree declared equivalent to B.Sc (Agriculture) from a recognized University and also recognized by the Govt. of Assam

For Junior Engineer (Agriculture) under Agriculture Department ->> Three years Engineering Diploma holder in Agril. Engineering, Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from any recognized Institutions. Preference will be given to the Agril. Engineering Diploma holders

Age Limit ->>

For APSC Agricultural Development Officer ->> 21 to 42 years

For APSC Junior Engineer ->> 18 to 43 years

Pay Band ->>

Agricultural Development Officer ->> Rs 30, 000-1, 10, 000/- GP-Rs 12,700 PM plus other allowances as admissible under the rules. (P.B-4)

Junior Engineer (Agriculture) under Agriculture Department ->> Rs. 14, 000/- to Rs. 49, 000/- (PB-2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 8, 700/- PM plus other allowances as admissible under the rules.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in written examination followed by personal interview.
