Education Qualification ->>
Applicants must have pass Matriculation (10th class pass) from any recognized Board.

Must have Professional skill in driving

Knowledge of motor mechanics and holding of a valid permanent licence for driving cars and heavy vehicles

Should have at least four years experience in driving.

Qualifications concerning experience is relaxable for individuals  belonging to the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes, if any stage of selection, the Competent Authority is of the opinion that sufficient number of candidates from these communities possessing the requisite experience are not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.

Age Limit ->> Minimum 18 Maximum age is 37 years.

Pay Band ->>

Job Position	Pay Band and Grade Pay as per Vlth CPC	Pay and Pay Level as VlIth CPC
Fire Engine Driver (Ordinary Grade)	PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs. 1900/-	Rs. 19900/- Pay Level 2

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in written test conducted by CQA (GS), DGQA Complex, Ashok Path, Kanpur-208004.

Standard of Question for written test will be of the level of Matriculation (10th Class Pass).

Question paper will be bilingual i.e. Hindi & English.

Trial of Driving the Vehicle ->>

Those candidates who qualify in written test will be called for 'TRIAL TEST' to drive the vehicle.

Merit list will be drawn based on the marks obtained by the candidates in written test & Trial.
