Regional Medical Research Centre (RMRC) - Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) is inviting applications from Indian nationals for direct recruitment through written test & interview for the posts of Scientist ‘C’ (Medical) and Scientist ‘B’ (Microbiology) in Regional Medical Research Centre (ICMR), Port Blair.

Educations Qualification ->>

Scientist ‘C’ (Medical) ->

(1) MBBS Degree recognized by MCI.

(2) Four years research experience in relevant areas.

Scientist ‘B’ (Microbiology) ->

(1) First class Master’s Degree in Microbiology from a recognized University or First Class Master’s Degree with Microbiology as one of the subjects from a recognized University, or Second class Master’s Degree in Microbiology or Microbiology as one of the subject with Ph D degree in Microbiology from a recognized University.

Age Limit ->>

Scientist ‘C’ (Medical) ->> 40 Years

Scientist ‘B’ (Microbiology) ->> 35 Years

Salary Details ->>

Scientist ‘C’ (Medical) ->> PB-3 of Rs. 15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 6600

Scientist ‘B’ (Microbiology) ->> PB-3 of Rs. 15,600-39,100 + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400

Application Fee ->> Rs. 500/- for General and OBC candidates and Rs. 100/- for SC & ST in the form of crossed demand draft (DD) of any nationalized Bank drawn in favour of Director, RMRC (ICMR), Port Blair payable at Port Blair. Candidates belonging to PwD category are exempted from payment of application fee.
