Educations Qualification ->>

Management Trainee (Finance) ->> CA from ICAI or Cost Accountant(CMA) from ICAI.

Management Trainee (Company Secretary) ->> Company Secretaryship (ACS/ FCS) from ICSI.

Dy.General Manager (Finance) / Asst.General Manager (Finance) ->> Degree in any discipline with CA/ CMA OR MBA with specialization in Finance Management. The candidates should have the required number of years of relevant experience as an Executive/ Officer in Govt, or PSUs or reputed/leading organizationsas mentioned at Table-Ill. Candidates having exposure in sales accounting, treasury, fund management &investment proposal, negotiation/discount of bills, costing, project accounting, MIS, budget control, compilation of annual accounts and audit thereof, direct & indirect taxation, tender procedures, computerized accounts, risk management, work experience in ERP environment, etc. will be desirable.

Age Limit ->>

Management Trainee (Finance) ->> 30 Years

Management Trainee (Company Secretary) ->> 30 Years

Deputy General Manager (Finance) ->> 52 Years

Assistant General Manager (Finance) ->> 50 Years

Salary Details ->>

Management Trainee ->> Rs. 16400 - 3% - 40500/- during one year training, after successful training, the candidates posted as Jr. Manager at E1 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 24900-3%-50500/-

Assistant General Manager / Deputy General Manager (Finance) ->> Rs. 51300-73000/-

Application Fee ->> Candidates needs to pay Rs. 100/- for General and OBC Category Candidates. The Application fee is not applicable for SC, ST & PWD candidates. The fee in the form of Bank Draft/DD drawn in favour of "National Aluminium Company Limited" payable at Bhubaneswar.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in Personal Interview.
