The organization is an Indian cooperative society (भारतीय सहकारी समिति) that manufactures fertilizer, mainly urea. Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited is registered under the Multi-State Cooperative Societies Act two thousand two, and The Government of India through the Department of Fertilizers was a member of KRIBHCO but its equity holding was reduced to NIL under the provisions of the MSCS Act two thousand two. Education Qualification ->>

Manager / Senior Manager (Marketing) ->> B.Sc (Ag)/ M.Sc (Ag), recognized by the any State/ Central government University/or equivalent. Minimum 15 years post qualification experience.

Deputy Manager (Electrical) ->> Full Time B.E.(Electrical) / B. Tech (Electrical) with First Class. Minimum 05 years post qualification experience.

Manager (Fire & Safety) ->> Full Time B.E.(Fire) from a recognized university/ college with First Class. Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience.

Manager (Materials) ->> BE (full time)/ MBA (MM) - Full Time/ 2 yrs full time PGDBM(MM) recognized as MBA by UGC/AICTE with First Class. Minimum of 10 years post qualification experience.

Chief Security Officer ->> Graduate from any recognized University Coronel Rank in Army or equivalent rank in Indian Air force/Indian Navy/ BSF/ CRPF/ CIS. Minimum of 20 Years in service experience.

Chief Manager (Electrical) ->> Full Time B.E.(Electrical) / B. Tech (Electrical) with First Class. Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience.
