National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad (Telangana State) is inviting online applications from eligible applicants for the posts of Senior Research Fellow (SRF), Research Associate (RA), Project Fellow and Lab Technician.

The organization is an Indian autonomous research (भारतीय स्वायत्त शोध) establishment of the Department of Biotechnology (जैव प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग), Ministry of Science and Technology (India). Qualification and Experience ->>

Senior Research Fellow ->>

(1) M.Sc Post Graduate Life Sciences.

(2) Experience: Minimum 2 years of research experience.

Research Associate ->>

(1) PhD in Life Sciences (incl. Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.).

(2) Project requires knowledge of yeast two hybrid and cell culture.

(3) Candidates with experience in infectious diseases, microbiology and molecular biology will be preferred.

Project Fellow ->>

(1) M.Sc Life Sciences (incl. Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.).

(2) Project requires knowledge of HPLC and soxlation.

(3) Candidates with experience in infectious diseases, microbiology and molecular biology will be preferred.

Lab Technician ->>

(1) B.Sc. Degree Life Sciences (incl. Veterinary Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, etc.).

(2) Project requires field work.

Research Associate against SERB funded project entitled "Elucidation of mechanism(s) of transformation of host cells by Theileria annulata", PI ->> Dr. Anand Srivastava ->> 35 Years

Project Fellow against anticipated NMPB funded project entitled "Evaluation of medicinal plant extracts for anti-tick activity and identification of active compound(s)", PI ->> Dr. Anand Srivastava ->> 30 Years

Salary Details ->>

Majumdar, Director ->> Rs. 28000/-PM+30% HRA = Rs. 36,400/- PM as per the DST guidelines.

Research Associate against SERB funded project entitled "Elucidation of mechanism(s) of transformation of host cells by Theileria annulata", PI ->> Dr. Anand Srivastava ->> Rs. 36000/-PM+30% HRA = Rs. 46,800/- PM as per the DST guidelines.

Project Fellow against anticipated NMPB funded project entitled "Evaluation of medicinal plant extracts for anti-tick activity and identification of active compound(s)", PI ->> Dr. Anand Srivastava ->> Rs. 16000/-PM+30% HRA = Rs. 20,800/- PM as per the DST guidelines.
