Required Qualification ->>
Chief Corporate Relations ->> Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in any subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record. An MBA (preferably with HR specialization) from a reputed Institute will have an added advantage.
Senior Engineer (Civil) ->> Degree/ Diploma in Civil engineering or an equivalent professional qualification from a reputed institution, with additional qualification/ experience of handling civil and electrical work. Consistently good academic record and communication skills. Good working knowledge of computer operations and engineering software applications is preferred. Knowledge of installation and maintenance of electronic equipment will be an added advantage.
Senior Administrative Officer ->> Post-Graduate Degree or Diploma in Personnel Management/Public Administration or in any subject from a reputed institution, with good academic record.
Administrative Officer (Establishment &  Admin.) ->> MBA in Human Resource Management or other equivalent Post-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in HRM/Personnel Management. Degree in Law is an added advantage. Good academic record is required.
Accounts Officer ->> M.Com/B.Com (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) with CA/ICWA/Cost Accounting or equivalent. Good academic record is required. MBA is an added advantage. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts.
Superintendent (Establishment &  Admin.) ->> Post-Graduate degree or diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in HRM/Personnel Management or equivalent. Degree in Law is an added advantage. Good academic record is required.
Secretary to Director ->> Post-Graduate degree or Diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject. Good academic record is required. Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management will be an added advantage. Qualifications in secretarial practice will get preference.
Programmer ->> B.E./B.Tech. in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics Engineering (under 10+2+3/4 scheme) or M.Sc. in Information Technology/Computer Science or MCA (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) or other equivalent specializations. Good academic record is required.
Accountant ->> A degree (under 10+2+3 scheme) in commerce or an equivalent professional qualification. Good academic record. Sound knowledge in finance and accounts.
Systems Assistant ->> Degree/Diploma (under 10+2+4/3 scheme) in Computer Science/IT/Electronics Engineering with specialization in Computers from a reputed institution or equivalent. Consistently good academic record and good communication skills in English are required. Having a Post-Graduate degree or diploma in management may be an added advantage.
Office Assistant ->> Post-Graduate degree or Diploma (under 10+2+3/4+2 scheme) in any subject from a reputed institution. MBA is an added advantage. Consistently good academic record is required.

Age Limit ->> Maximum age is 40 years.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in Interview.
