Bhartlya Rail Bijlee Company Limited (BRBCL) is inviting online applications from energetic young Diploma Engineers with brilliant academic record to join BRBCL, KBUNL and NPGCL through a common written test and a common skill test.

The organization is a subsidiary company of NTPC Limited with an under construction capacity of one thousand MW in the Aurangabad district of Bihar. Kanti Bijlee Utpadan Nlgam Limited is a subsidiary company of NTPC LTD. with a capacity of 220 MW and an under construction capacity of 390 MW at Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Nabinagar Power Generating Company Private Limited is a Joint Venture company of NTPC Limited, NPGCL and BSPGC Limited with an under construction capacity of nineteen eighty MW.

Discipline Wise Required Qualification ->>

Electrical ->> Full time regular three yrs. Diploma in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 70% marks / Pass marks for SC / ST / PWD / minimum 50% Marks for Land Oustees.

Mechanical ->> Full time regular three yrs. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 70% marks / Pass marks for SC / ST / PWD / minimum 50% Marks for Land Oustees.

C&I ->> Full time regular three yrs. Diploma in Instrumentation/ Electronics Engineering with minimum 70% marks / Pass marks for SC / ST / PWD / minimum 50% Marks for Land Oustees.

Civil ->> Full time regular three yrs. Diploma in Civil Engineering with minimum 70% marks / Pass marks for SC / ST / PWD / minimum 50% Marks for Land Oustees.

Age Limit ->> Maximum age is 25 years for General, 35 Years for Land Oustees.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of A Common Written Test and A Common Skill Test. Two hours objective type Written Examination / Test. Based on the merit and requirement, the list of successful candidates for appearing in Skill Test.

About Written Exam ->>

Written Exam held on fix date.

The test can be taken in Hindi or English.

Candidates will have to give their choice for appearing in Hindi or English at the time of applying for the post, which cannot be changed subsequently.

The test will be in two parts.

Part-I will be Knowledge Test and will consist of 70 multiple-choice questions of the relevant disciplines as advertised.

Part-It will be Aptitude Test and will consist of 50 multiple-choice questions on English, Quantitative aptitude & Reasoning.

1/4th mark will be deducted for each wrong / multiple answered question.

About Skill Test -> All such short listed candidates of written test will have to appear for skill test wherein applied knowledge of the respective discipline will be tested.

Training, Emoluments and Placement ->> Selected applicants will undergo training for a period of 01 year in the company in which they are placed, and will be paid a consolidated stipend of Rs. 15,500/- per month. On successful completion of training, these candidates will be absorbed in the pay scale of Rs. 15500- 3% -34500/- (W-7 grade, Jr. Foreman / Jr. Controller / Jr. Work Assistant) in their respective company. They shall be regularized on the rolls of their respective organization after successful completion ot their training. Selected candidates shall be governed by the service rules of the company in which they are placed viz: BRBCL/ NPGC/ KBUNL.

Application Fee ->> The Candidate belonging to General/  OBC category is required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 300/-. The SC/ ST/ PWD/ XSM candidates need not pay the registration fee.
