Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is inviting online applications from eligible applicants for the post of Assistant Director before the last date.

Candidates should have pass Master’s Degree in Commerce with Co-operation as a subject OR Master’s Degree in Economics OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics OR Master’s Degree in Statistics OR Master’s Degree in Co-operation OR M.A Degree in Co-operative Management awarded by Ghandhigram Rural Institute OR M.Com Degree without Co-operation as a subject awarded by Bharathidasan or Annamalai University etc

The qualification prescribed for this post should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies, viz., 10th + HSC or its equivalent + Bachelor’s degree / PG Degree/ Diploma/ PG Diploma as the case may be.

Age Limit ->>

“Others” [i.e., Applicants not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs,BCs (OBCM) and BCMs: 18 to 30 years

SCs, SC (A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs (OBCM), BCMs and DWs of all Castes: Minimum age is 18 years.

Salary Details ->> Selected candidates will get Rs.15, 600-39,100/- + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-.

The Examination fee should be paid at the time of submitting the online application.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in Written Examination and Oral Test.

(Objective Type) (PG Degree Standard) (200 items) (Any one of the following relevant subjects) Commerce, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics and Co-operation.

PAPER – II ->>

General Studies (PG Degree Standard) – 100 items

(General Studies - 75 items Aptitude & Mental Ability Test - 25 items)

(SSLC Standard)

Duration ->> 2 Hours

Maximum Marks ->> 200

Interview & Record ->>

Maximum Marks ->> 70

Total ->> 570 Marks
