Education Qualification

Librarian ->>
(a) A Masters degree in Science (including Library Sciences) or
Mathematics or Information Technology, with a consistently good academic
record.
(b) Desirable: A Ph D in Library and Information Science
preferably in any of these areas: Documentation/ Archives and Manuscript
keeping/ Computerization of Library.
(c) Experience: At least 12 years experience (or 8 years after
obtaining the Doctorate) working in an R & D Institution / Educational
Institution / Public Library, of which 05 years regular service at the level of
Deputy Librarian in the pay scale of Rs.15600-39100 in PB-3 with Grade Pay of
Rs.5400/- or equivalent grade.
Engineer 'C' ->>
(1) Accredited ME/M.Tech degree in Electronics/ Electrical
engineering from a recognized university with more than 60% marks in the
aggregate and consistently good academic record.
(2) Desirable: Certificate courses on Modelling & simulation/
Electronic CAD /Embedded systems etc.
(3) Experience - Essential: Four years experience in design and
implementation of Analog/ Digital controls with electro/ mechanical systems on
medium complex technical projects is essential. Desirable skills: control
system tuning, trouble shooting, Knowledge of: Sensor technologies applicable
for the measurement of position, motion, vision and optical, opto-mechanical
components.
Engineer 'C' ->>
(1) Accredited ME/M.Tech degree in electronics / Instrumentation
from a recognized university with more than 60% marks in the aggregate and
consistently good academic record.
(2) Desirable: Certificate courses on Modeling &
simulation/Electronic CAD /Embedded systems etc.
(3) Experience - Essential: Four years experience in design and
implementation of Analog /Digital circuits related to low level signal
conditioning and data acquisition systems. Should have working experience with
sensor technologies or servo/stepping motor drives or opto-electronic systems.
Desirable skills: Imaging systems with Array sensors like CCD/CMOS etc.
Deputy Administrative Officer ->>
(1) Essential - A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University
in Commerce/ Science/ Engineering/ Arts/ Administration with more than 60%
marks in the aggregate.
(2) Desirable: SAS/ ICWA/ CA (Inter)/ MBA (HRM/Finance).
(3) Experience - 15 years working experience in General
Administration, Finance & Accounts, Stores and Purchase Sections; complete
proficiency in Govt. of India Rules & Regulations on Service Matters,
Financial Rules, Budget, Balance Sheet, Import and Export Procedure, Industrial
Relations and Labour Laws, of which 05 years regular service should be in the

Technical Assistant (Civil) ->>
(1) Diploma in Civil Engineering (3 year full time course) with at
least 60% marks in the aggregate from a Govt. recognized institution.
Familiarity with computers and knowledge of AUTOCAD, MS WORD & MS EXCEL
software and applications relevant to preparation of bill of quantities, cost
estimates, tender specifications etc.
(2) Experience : Minimum 5 years experience after diploma in a
State / Central Government / Autonomous Institutions / Public Sector
undertakings / Corporate Sector of Repute for major Projects of Civil
Engineering. Experience in supervision and construction of new buildings,
laboratories, roads and exposure to restoration works of old
buildings/structures is essential. The candidate shall be well conversant with
the knowledge of CPWD rules, specifications for preparation of estimates,
tendering and execution of works. Experience of working in high altitude sites
(approx: 10,000 ft above MSL) is desirable.
Mechanic 'A' ->>
(1) Essential: SSLC with two years NCTVT certificate course (ITI)
in the trade of Millwright mechanic/Machinist/Fitter with at least 60% marks
from a Govt. recognized Industrial Training Institute.
(2) Experience: (a) Essential: 2 years experience with One year
National apprenticeship training certificate (NAC) or 3 years experience in a
reputed research institute or in a medium scale industry doing high precision
jobs, involving machine operations like, turning, milling, shaping, and
grinding etc. on conventional machines. Conversant with interpretation of
engineering drawings. (OR) Experience: (a) Essential: 2 years experience with
One year National apprenticeship training certificate (NAC) or 3 years
experience in a reputed research institute or in a medium scale industry
carrying out assembly and integration of precision instruments. The candidate
shall be well versed with fitting, grinding operations. Conversant with
interpretation of engineering drawings.
(c) Desirable: Knowledge of Welding, maintenance of Instruments
and Sheet metal work, Maintenance of mechanical equipments such as ultrasonic
cleaners, baking chambers, chillers, dehumidifiers, AHUs, pumps etc. Conversant
with engineering drawings. Operational knowledge of the drafting software
“AutoCAD” is an advantage.
Technical Assistant (Computer) ->>
(1) Diploma in Computer Engineering (3 year full time course) with
at least 60% marks in the aggregate from a Govt. recognized institution.
(2) Experience - Minimum 5 years experience after diploma in a
leading National Laboratory / Research Institute / Corporate Sector of Repute
in High altitude above 11000 ft amsl.
Project Engineer-I (Mechanical) ->>
(1) Full time graduate degree in BE/B.Tech in Mechanical
Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks in the aggregate or equivalent grade
from a recognised University/ Institution.
(2) Work Experience: (a) Essential: 2 years of experience of
working in a reputed Research Organization. Having hands on experience in CAD
and FE tools (like NX Nastran, Hyperworks) to generate solid and FE models,
assemblies and to carry out simulations for dynamic load spectrums. Hands on
experience in Thermo elastic analysis, non linear and transient thermal
dynamics. Proficiency in interpreting fabrication drawings, inspection reports.
(3) Desirable: Proficiency in design of aerospace components and
systems, especially opto-mechanical systems for dynamic and thermal loads.
Knowledge of environmental tests and protocols. Design and Analysis of Optical
instruments/ Payloads for Space applications using CAD tools like NS NASTRAN
are an advantage. Operational knowledge of the Mechanical Engineering drafting
software like Auto CAD and also Microsoft Office software is an advantage.
Vendor development for fabrication and metrology. Flair for system integration
and testing is an advantage.
