Supreme Court Of India is inviting online applications from Indian citizens who fulfill the following essential qualifications and other eligibility condition for preparation of a panel for filling up various vacancies for the post of Junior Court Assistant (Group 'B', Non-Gazetted Post) placed in Level six of Pay Matrix with initial Basic Pay of Rs. 35400.

In eighteen sixty one the Indian High Courts Act eighteen sixty one was enacted to create High Courts for various provinces and abolished Supreme Courts at Calcutta, Madras & Bombay and also the Sadar Adalats in Presidency towns which had acted as the highest court in their respective regions. These new High Courts had the distinction of being the highest Courts for all cases till the creation of Federal Court of India under the Government of India Act nineteen thirty five.

Educational Qualification ->> Candidates should have pass Bachelor's Degree of a recognized University with good academic records. Minimum speed of 35 w.p.m. in English Typing on Computer is essential and Knowledge of computer operation is desirable.

Age limit ->> Minimum 18 & maximum age 27 years. 

Salary Details ->> Selected candidates will get initial Basic Pay of Rs. 35400/-. The approximate Gross Salary as per existing rate of allowances including HRA comes to Rs. 43758/- p.m. (pre-revised pay scale PB-2 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4200/-.

Application Fee ->> Applicants is required to pay application fee of Rs. 300/- for General/ OBC applicants and Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PH aspirants plus bank charges via online mode.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in Written/ Typing/ Computer Tests and the Interview after screening of applications.
