The organization is inviting Gujarat State Eligibility Test Applications. Gujarat SET is organized to determine the Eligibility of Gujarat students for Assistant Professor in universities and colleges of Gujarat State.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

• Students must have Master’s Degree or equivalent exam from universities/ institutions recognized by UGC in Humanities with at least 55% marks.
• Applicants who are appearing in the final year of Master’s degree exam & whose result is still awaited can also apply.
• Applicants who are Ph.D. degree holders & whose Master’s level exam had been completed are also eligible to apply.
• Candidates who are having PG diploma/ certificate in concern field are also eligible to apply.

Selection process:

Candidates will be qualified according to their performance in Gujarat SET. A merit list will be prepared as per marks of appliers in this test.

Scheme of Exam:

First	I	100	60 out of which 50 question to be attempted	09.30 A.M. to 10.45 A.M.
First	II	100	50 questions all are compulsory	11.00 A.M. to 12.15 P.M.
Second	III	150	75 questions all are compulsory	02.00 P.M. to 4.30 P.M

Examination Fee:

Category	Fee including (Rs. 25 Bank Fee)
General / Other Backward Classes (OBC Non-creamy layer)	Rs. 825/-
SC / ST / PH / VH candidates	Rs. 725/-

Mode Of Payment:

• Application form fee must be submitted by Computerized Bank Challan Form in triplicate (Bank Copy, GSET Copy & Candidate’s Copy).
• Fee can be paid only after twenty four hours of downloading the challan form from official portal.

How to Apply:

• Candidates must go via official portal that is - www.gujaratset.ac.in
• Download challan form & pay fee via proper channel as given above.
• Note down your ‘Transaction Id’ and come back to the official portal.
• Select tab ‘Register Online for GSET Exam’.
• Fill complete information and press ‘Proceed’ tab.
• Now fill your online applications with complete information.
• Upload your pass port size photo & signature etc as required.
• Submit application form & at last take print out of applications for future use.
