The Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of MP invites MP DMAT Application Forms for all students who want to take admission in Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh on MBBS, BPT, BOT, B.Sc Nursing and other Allied Paramedical Courses. Dear appliers fulfill whole eligibility criteria can submit their form via offline mode against MP DMAT.

All appliers who want to get entry in Association of Private Dental and Medical Colleges of Madhya Pradesh on the BPT, BOT, B.Sc Nursing and other Allied Paramedical Courses are required to participate in Examination of MP DMAT. This Entrance test will be held on fix date. Appliers can submit their application form through www.apdmcmp.com before the last date which is published below by team ewebalerts.in.

MP DMAT admit card/ hall ticket will be visible to download by official website. Interested & eligible appliers can download their Admit Card of MP DMAT till 02 hours prior to the exam date, after this MP DMAT hall ticket will not be accessible. Admit card of the MP DMAT will not be sent by post /courier to students. This is important matters that admit card/ hall ticket will only be available for all candidates who application forms will be accepted by the examination conducting authority.

The MP DMAT result will be declared, tentatively, in the month of June by organization. On the basis of MP DMAT result, a merit list will be prepared for qualified appliers. The merit list will consist of student’s name, marks obtained in the each subject and merit rank. Dear students who name will available in the merit list they will be able to appear in the counselling procedure.

The MP DMAT counselling will be held, tentatively in the month of June. The counselling of the MP DMAT will be conducted in offline manner. This is main point that allotment of MBBS and BDS seats in the participating medical and dental colleges of the association will be done solely on the basis of merit rank and counselling.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum Qualification for MBBS/ BDS Courses:

To take admission in MBBS/BDS Courses, candidates must have passed the qualifying examination of 10+2 from Board of Secondary Education M.P. or CBSE having passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects individually and have secured at least minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology combined together and must have passed in English also OR.

Candidates must have passed any equivalent or higher examination with the aforesaid subjects from any other recognized Board, University with the percentage of marks as mentioned above OR.

Any other qualification recognized by Govt. of India/Medical Council of India/Dental Council of India as recognized qualification for admission to MBBS/BDS Courses.

Minimum Qualification for Other Courses:

To take admission in BPT, BOT, B.Sc. Nursing, and other Allied Paramedical Courses, applierss should have passed the qualifying Examination of 10+2 from Board of Secondary Education M.P. or C.B.S.E. having passed in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subject individually are eligible for admission OR

Dear applicants must have qualified any equivalent or higher examination with above said subjects from any other recognized Board/ University.

Application fee:
Applying candidates will deposit the application fee of Rs. 3000/- through Demand Draft in favour of APDMC, Bhopal. Application Forms will also be available from DMAT Office and participating Colleges by post for an additional amount of Rs. 200/- as postal charges & for BPT/BOT/B.SC are not required any fee.

All appliers who have downloaded Application Form for these courses from website are required to send Bank Draft of Rs. 1500/- with Application Form.

Mode of selection:
Candidates will selected on the basis of marks obtained in the DMAT and merit list will be prepared depending upon number of (APDMC Quota) sanctioned seats & The allotment of seats shall be made to the applicants via open counselling on the basis of personal appearances.

MP DMAT UG Syllabus:

Syllabus for the MP DMAT UG will be same as that of class XII of CBSE or of 10+2 of the Madhya Pradesh State Board for the academic year or equivalent examination, for Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Paper Pattern:

The DMAT examination  will consist of one common question paper of 3 hours duration in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany and Zoology) consisting of 200 multiple choice questions where subject wise distribution will be as under:-

• Physics - 50 Questions
• Chemistry - 50 Questions
• Botany - 50 Questions
• Zoology - 50 Questions

All questions are compulsory hence the appliers is expected to effort whole the questions. Out of 04 bubbles provided against each question on the answer sheet; the applicants will have to darken only one bubble by using Black Ball Point Pen. For each correct answer one mark will be awarded.

There shall be no negative marking for wrong answers, scratching,overwriting,tick marks, erasers, whiteners and multiple answers and use of any pencil, pen other then Black Ball Point Pen will be awarded no marks.

Documents to be submitted at the time of Admission at respective college:

• Original marksheet of qualifying examination.
• Migration certificate (except MP Board Bhopal) from the University & Board.
• Letter of allotment issued by the Admission Committee/ DMAT Counselling Committee.
• Six (6) recent passport size photographs.
• Statement of marks obtained in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
• Passing certificate of 10+2 or equivalent examination.
• Statement of marks/ Rank Card obtained in DMAT.
• Transfer Certificate/School leaving Certificate from last institution attended.
• Passing Certificate of High School or equivalent examination (proof of age).
• 10 GAP Certificate if any (affidavit).
• Medical Fitness certificate.
• Declaration form.
• Remaining tuition fee, caution money and other college fees.
• Bond/ Bank guarantee if required by concerned college

• Demand Draft of Rs. 3,00,000/- (MBBS) Rs.
• 1,50,000/- (BDS) , Rs. 10,000/- for BPT/ B.Sc.
• Nursing and other Courses in favour of APDMC
