Eligibility Criteria for TS EAMCET

Applicants must be of Indian Nationality/ Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.

Candidates must have belonged to the Telangana state/ Andhra Pradesh state.  The  appliers should  satisfy  local/  non  –  local  status requirements  as  laid  down  in  the  Telangana/  AndhraPradesh  Education  Institutions  (Regulations  of  Admission)  order, nineteen seventy for (1974) as subsequently amended.

The eligibility criteria for Engineering, Bio- Technology, B.Tech (DairyTechnology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering) and for 50% seats in B. Pharmacy,B.Tech (Food Science and Technology (FST) /B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Mgt. (CA & BM)) Courses is published below:

Dear applicants should have completed class 12^th or equivalent examination, alongwith Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.

The candidates must be completed the diploma engineering examinations that is conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates must have scored at least 45%  (40% in case the candidates belong to reserved category)in PCM in class 12th or equivalent exam.

Applying applicants for pharmacy and Engineering courses should be completed 16 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit to apply for the examination.

In the case of B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech. (Agricultural Engineering), B.Tech. (FST) and B.Sc. (CA & BM), appliers must be completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of admission and an upper age limit of twenty two (22) years for all the appliers and twenty five (25) years in respect of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe applicants as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.

For Medical courses like MBBS/BDS, the Eligibility Criteria is Described Below:

Applying applicants should be completed 17 years of age as on 31st December of the year of Admissions.
Appliers must have passed 12^th or equivalent with PCB or Biotechnology and English.
applicants should have scored at least 50% marks in PCB, in case of reserved category the minimum aggregate marks to be scored is 40%.

For BAMS / BHMS / BNYS Courses:

Applying applicants should be completed seventeen years of age as on 31st December of the year of Admissions. There is no upper age limit to appear in this exam.

Dear appliers should be qualified/ appearing in the final year of class 12^th or equivalent along with PCB or Biotechnology and English.
