- Under Graduate (UG) Programmes:- Intermediate with PCB/PCM/PCMB.

- MBA:- Applying candidates for MBA must have Bachelor Degree.
- Ph.D Programmes:- Applying candidates for Ph.D must have degree of M.Sc.

- For courses BVS and C & AH less than age limit is 17 years & more than 23 years.
- For the other course less than age limit of the candidates is 16 years & more than 22 years.
- Age relaxation of five (05) years for SC/ST & OBC applicants.

Fee:
For General and OBC category candidates have to pay the
application form fees of Rs. 1250/- and SC/ST & PH category candidates have
to pay the application form fees of Rs-1050/-.

- 5 – 7 Passport size colour photos.
- Admit card of class 12th.
- Mark sheet of class 12th or equivalent.
- Certificate of class 10th against proof of age.
- UPCATET hall ticket.
- Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.
- Caste certificate.
- Call letter and rank card.
- Affidavit by the student & parent.
