Details of Examination Fee ->> Aspirants need to pay the application fee of Rs. 50/- which will be paid through IPO/BD, drawn in favor of DDO of respective Examination Centers payable at respective branch. SC/ST, Ex-servicemen and Female aspirants are exempted from paying examination fee.

On home page, go on ‘recruitment’ section and hit on suitable link.
After that, select “suitable" link and read whole information carefully.
Now, download application form as per the format.
Then, fill an application form with entirely suitable information and Glue self-attested fresh passport size photograph in prescribed space.
Cover holding application must be super-scribed in bold letters as “Application for the Recruitment of Para Medical Staff” and two self-addressed covers of size of 25 x 12 cms with postal stamp worth Rs. 27/- each, should also be attached with the application form
At last, send application form along with examination fee, self-attested photocopies of all relevant recommendations connected to Qualification, Caste certificate, Matriculation or equivalent certificate to the below stated address on or before the closing date.
