Educations Qualification ->>

For Assistant Manager (Personnel & Admin) ->> Two Years’ Full time MBA/ MSW with specialization in HR or Two Years’ Full Time Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management.

Experience ->> Minimum 6 years’ experience in Personnel Management and related functions in a manufacturing industry employing 500 or more employees.

For Engineer (Materials/ Procurement) ->> B. Tech (Mech/ ECE/ EEE)

Experience ->> Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in Materials Department of a manufacturing industry. Candidates should be conversant with Central Excise & Sales Tax Rules & procedures. They should have price negotiation skills and should be familiar with interstate material transport related requirements. They should have administrative efficiency to control and monitor departmental activities to achieve targets.

For Engineer (Engineering & Design) ->> B. Tech (Electrical/ EEE)

Experience ->> Candidates should have minimum 1 year experience in Electronics Component manufacturing Industry. Must be conversant with routine testing & type testing of capacitors conforming to applicable Indian Standards. They should have experience in Engineering & Design.

For Senior Engineer (Marketing) ->> Candidates with B. Tech (Electronics/ Electrical) with 2 Years’ Full Time MBA specialized in Marketing, or 2 years’ Full Time MBA (Marketing).

Experience ->> Candidates with B. Tech (Electronics/ Electrical) with 2 Full Time MBA specialized in Marketing, should have minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing of any medium/ large Electronic Component manufacturing Industry. Candidates with 2 Years’ Full Time MBA (Marketing) should have minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing of any medium/ large Electronic Component manufacturing Industry

For Manager (Marketing) ->> MBA (Marketing) or B. Tech (ECE/ EEE) with MBA (Marketing).

Experience ->>  Candidates with MBA (Marketing) will require minimum 13 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of any medium/ large Electronic Components manufacturing Industry of which last 2 years should be heading a team of Sales professionals.  Candidates with B. Tech (ECE/ EEE) with MBA (Marketing) will require minimum 11 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of any medium/ large Electronic Components manufacturing Industry of which last 2 years should be heading a team of Sales professionals.

For Assistant Manager (Marketing) ->> MBA (Marketing) OR B. Tech (ECE/ EEE)

Experience ->> Minimum 6 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing of any medium/ large Electronic Components manufacturing Industry.

For Supervisor - I (Production) ->> Diploma (Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechanical)

Experience ->> Candidates should be capable of carrying out Production Planning and allocation of resources to meet the production targets in the area of responsibility. Should have functioned as Shift -in charge. Minimum 3 years’ experience as Supervisor in the Production Department of an Electronics Component manufacturing Industry.

Age Limit ->>

For Assistant Manager (Personnel & Admin), Manager (Marketing) & Assistant Manager (Marketing) ->> 40 Years

Engineer (Materials/ Procurement), Engineer (Engineering & Design), Senior Engineer (Marketing) and Supervisor - I (Production) ->> 30 Years

Salary Details ->>

Assistant Manager (Personnel & Admin) ->> Rs. 25000 - Rs. 35000

Engineer (Materials/ Procurement) ->> Rs. 15500 – Rs. 23500

Engineer (Engineering & Design) ->> Rs. 15500 – Rs. 23500

Senior Engineer (Marketing) ->> Rs. 17000 – Rs. 23500

Manager (Marketing) ->> Rs. 35000 – Rs. 60000

Assistant Manager (Marketing) ->> Rs. 25000 – Rs. 35000

Supervisor - I (Production) ->> Rs. 10900 – Rs. 13500

Application Fee ->> Applicants are need to pay a non-refundable amount of Rs.250/-  via Demand Draft in favour of Keltron Component Complex Ltd. payable at Kannur. There will be no application fee for SC/ ST applicants are exempted from such payment of processing fee.

Selection Process ->> Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in academic qualifications and experience and will also include written test/ skill test/ group discussion and/or interview.
