Syllabus of Geologist Exam:- Now we are providing you complete details of UPSC Geologist exam syllabus. Syllabus of UPSC Geologist exam will be as follows:-

• In UPSC Geologist exam will be five papers.
• The exam will conduct in two categories.
• Category -I for Geological survey of India (GSI) category -II for Central Ground Water Board (CGWB).

General English Paper:- In this paper aspirants will write a short Essay in English. Some questions will be based on general English.

Geology:- In this test three papers will be held. Each paper there will have 5 sections.

Hydro geology Paper:- This paper is divided into 4 sections.

Interview/personality test:- First of all will be interview then interview qualified candidates will appear in Personality test. This test will be of 200 marks.
