CSIR UGC NET JRF December Notification

Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) is going to conduct CSIR UGC NET JRF December. Application forms are available on its official website.

Candidates those who are interested and fulfill the eligibility conditions may apply online. Application forms will be available on the official website of Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) before last date. It is advised to fill it before the last date and pay the application fee.

Eligibility Conditions ->>

Educational Criteria ->>
Candidates are required to possess M.Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/B.Tech/ BPharma/ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (UR) and OBC candidates and 50% for SC/ST, Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates. OR
Candidates enrolled for M.Sc or having completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination as on the closing date of online submission of application form, are also eligible to apply under the Result Awaited (RA) category. OR 
B.Sc (Hons) or equivalent degree holders or students enrolled in Integrated MS-PhD program with at least 55% marks for General (UR) and OBC candidates; 50% marks for SC/ST, Persons with disability (PwD) candidates are also eligible to apply. OR 
 Ph.D degree holders who have passed Master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for Lectureship only.

Age Criteria ->> Candidates those who want to apply for Junior Research Fellowship (NET) not more than 28 years of age.

Upper Age Limit ->> 5 years in case of SC/ ST/ Persons with Disability (PwD)/ female applicants and 03 years in case of OBC (non creamy layer) applicants.

Mode of Application Fee Payment: Candidates can pay their fee through Bank Challan OR through RTGS or NEFT in any branch of the Indian Bank throughout the country.

CSIR UGC NET Syllabus ->>

Part ‘A’ ->> In CSIR UGC NET Syllabus, this part will be common for all subject examination. Questions will be based on General Aptitude with emphasis on logical reasoning, graphical analysis, analytical and numerical ability, quantitative comparison, series formation, puzzles etc.

Part ‘B’ ->> Part ‘B’ will consist of questions based on Multiple Choice questions (MCQs), generally covering the topics given in the syllabus.

Part ‘C’ ->> In Part ‘C’ there will be higher value questions that may test the candidate’s knowledge of scientific concepts and/ or application of the scientific concepts. Candidates are required to apply scientific concepts to solve the questions. Prepare all topics that are given in CSIR UGC NET Syllabus Properly.
